Endings are just new beginnings. Enjoy the new chapter. Create a fabulous and fulfilling story of adventure.

If I had not shattered my head on the glass ceiling at Exxon that ended a skyrocketing career, I would not have attended Harvard. If I had not graduated from Harvard, I would not have entered the field of organizational development and coaching for a great start-up. If the company had now been bought out by Aetna I would not have started my own business. While I must admit, I did not readily embrace the endings; each and every ending launched me to living a greater life.

Are there any endings you are resisting? Consider letting go and enjoy the ride.

Be grateful and appreciative for all you do have.

Stop all forms of grumbling and complaining which stifles energy, creativity, spirit and thriving.

I am grateful I have a computer. I am grateful I get to serve. I am grateful I have fingers that type. I am grateful I have eyes that can see. I am grateful I know how to read and write. I am grateful I get listen to great music as I type. I am grateful I have a desk and chair.
