Have you received any appreciation and thanks lately?
Imagine how you would feel if you did receive a sincere thanks? Would you feel more energized? More engaged? Thankful? Ready to push forward regardless of external forces?
If you have a disengaged workforce, perhaps it is time to make the rounds or make a few calls to give your sincere thanks for his/her contribution. If you can't think of anything to appreciate, perhaps that is the reason for the disengagement.
Engage the heart and the rest happens!
