Keeping score does not make for a great leader or for a great life. I
know. I use to keep score big time. And guess what? It created a huge amount of
stress, unmet expectations and heartburn. Where’s the Alka Sheltzer?
I finally had the a-ha that keeping score was not only petty but
unfair. Unfair since I had not vocalized my expectations, shared my thoughts or
established the rules of the game.
Have you shared your “rules?”
