Leader or Manager?

Which are you? Honestly, you need both depending on  the situation. My intent and hopefully yours is to move towards more leadership.


As a frame of reference, leaders love people and inspiring them to be their best selves. Managers tend to like task and control -- things neat. There is nothing "neat" about dealing with people. Including me.

Faith not Fear

Apologies for falling off the face of postings.


Fascinating how life gives you what you need for your next level of growth even if we do not want it.


I thought I had this faith stuff down really well. The rest of my life the best.


Then life happens and you go into a spin of fear. The fear you thought you've let behind.


What do I do in fear? I either lash out or shut down. I tend nowadays to shut down knowing NO One deserves my fear attacks.


Which do you do? If you always remain in faith, tips would be greatly appreciated!
